Katie is a multi-faceted professional with diverse career pursuits. She currently serves as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft for Azure Space and is a licensed Washington Realtor affiliated with eXp Realty. Furthermore, she holds the role of co-founder within The Fortune Collective, a real estate team operating under the umbrella of eXp Realty.

Beyond her professional commitments, Katie passionately dedicates her free time to mentoring early-career individuals. Having benefited from numerous outstanding mentors throughout her own career, she finds great joy in seeking opportunities to pay forward the guidance that has shaped her professional journey.

As a Mentor, Katie dedicates her time and expertise to guide aspiring product managers, designers, and developers. Committing 3-4 hours per week over an 8-week period for the Bootcamp and 7-9 hours for the entire Sprint program.

Katie's influence spans across global borders, as evidenced by her pivotal role in SPRINT17, COLAB16, and COLAB19, where her mentorship reached aspiring talents in four different countries. Her guidance contributed to the successful launch of 4 innovative products and the development of 23 portfolios—a testament to the transformative power of mentorship.

Notably, some of her PM mentees have gone on to make significant contributions at companies like The Moret Group.
